2 people on staff, airport shuttle driver that is also property maintenance. Front desk person very good at putting you on hold and never coming back. Waited over an hour for airport shuttle after calling front desk person 4 times. Plumbing problems, we told them to cancel our stay and went to another hotel immediately.

When we landed in Seattle we called for a shuttle. It took over a minute for the phone to be answered and we were told that the last shuttle had already left, and we would need to find our own transportation, which is understandable. The issue is the time that it took someone to even answer the phone. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to show up, (thinking they were helping another guest). We called the hotel number after waiting, and the front desk clerk came down from the upstairs, and was obviously upset that he had to check us in. We felt like an inconvenience.

Listed shuttle to airport and was told, sorry, no one to drive. The hotel had an odor in the entrance and hallway. The bathroom was dirty. I will not return.

This hotel was not what I expected at all. I read reviews and looked at photos and this is def not what I expected. There was a roach in our room and the ac was a wall unit that I turned on and smelled so bad. I didn’t even want to put my feet on the carpet or floor. Very disappointed because what I read on reviews and photos did not match whatsoever. The only good thing was a very nice front desk person when we checked in.
