This property is dated and not kept in good condition. The hallway carpet is frayed and looks dirty, the ice machine did not work, and the pull out bed in the suite was horrible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. There is not daily maid service even though the prices have risen considerably. I have stayed at this hotel for a week the past three years and it does not improve. Will definately search for a new place to stay when in the area.

Will never again prepay a reservation through Travelocity. Tried to cancel last day. Next to impossible. Stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Service and condition have gone downhill. No breakfast which is a feature advertised. Used COVID as excuse. Everyone else is open and operating. Very dissatisfied.

My lower than average ratings are because for 1 1/2 days the TV network reception was out. At first the office said there was a whole world blackout which later changed to local area. They should have offered a partial refund like $25. Raining and drizzllng out side, not many things to do. One other thing , their bathrooms are poorly designed Towel rack is by the entry door across the room from the bath/shower. there was cigarette odor coming from the bathroom vent in a non smoking hotel. We have stayed here 3-4 times and this was the worst stay. Did they change owners?

Hello, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay and I apologize for the TV issue. I know when you informed me of the smoke smell coming from the vent I found the person responsible for smoking in their bathroom and had them removed from the hotel. I am also confused as to the towel rack comment. All rooms have a towel rack within arms reach of the tub and a hook on the opposite wall. I will have housekeeping double check to ensure no rooms are without this configuration. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager
