Advertising breakfast, but none was available. No door handle in bathroom, lights didn’t work, holes in sheets, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, iron was broken but they did replace it. Then they charged us $150 on top of what we paid through Travelocity. I feel ripped off.

The stayed was decent. But the service was bad. After I checked out, within an hour, I realized that my iPhone charger was left at the hotel. Because of the weather condition, I unable to go back, therefore I’ve tried to call and made more than 200 calls from the day I checked out until the next afternoon and still unable to get through. So I decided to go there the next afternoon and confront with them. They said they can’t find my iPhone charger. It was so ridiculous, the called the hot line to talked to the supervisor and they said he was out of town and referred me to the care center which I can reported the situation. But it will takes weeks before they can get back to me. Since I reported the situation, the care center said that the phone wasn’t a problem, cuz they called the hotel and they picked up. So who can you doubted? After that called I able to get through the line very quickly. This service is very bad and poor situation. I don’t suggested you stayed here.

BREAKFAST WAS ADVERTIZED AND ENDED UP BEING CLOSED DUE TO COVID, I WAITED WITHOUT ANYONE ELSE BEING IN LINE FOR 10 MIN BEFORE I WAS CHECKED IN, EVERYTHING JUST LOOKED DIRTY.

I have to say this was the worst hotel experience of my life. I understand you get what you pay for and I don’t need very much to be happy. A bed and roof above my head was all I wanted on my Seattle trip. The AC didn’t work, the cleanliness was gross, sheets and blankets didn’t seem washed and had a weird smell and the windows. Also, to make matters worse. They had a man staying at the hotel who would scream ALL night long. Saying every terrible word in the book and that he was going to shoot everyone in the hotel. Pretty sure everyone in the hotel could hear him. I reported it to the staff and they said “don’t worry he’s harmless, he stays here all the time” I was so scared about his screaming and what he was screaming about I called the police. The police came and said there was nothing they could do but they will talk to the staff, the staff said right to the police officers face they don’t mind the man screaming. I was shook. ACTUALLY shook. The very next day my friends and I were leaving and over heard someone getting all their things stolen right out of there room as well. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT STAY HERE. What an awful experience.

There was nothing unique about this property. I did not like the fact that the stalls in the parking lot were tiny. And the underground parking, while available, was inconvenient. And didn't feel safe. There were no additional amenities at this property. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't really have anything to offer me that would want me to stay around the hotel.
