Was not aware that yes there is a pool. However, it was full of weeds. That is the ONE thing that is Most important. Killed several spiders. Staff good. Breakfast horrible. Hotel needs to be gutted and redone or torn down and start over.

The staff and drivers were very nice but not particularly efficient. The driver to the hotel was late and complaining. The room and entry and hall were shabby with stained and worn carpets and furniture. THe toilet ran all night. Our request for a wake-up call was not honored.

After waiting for a 30 minute delay to board and an hour and a half sitting in plane for air traffic control to clear landing in Seattle, we called hotel for shuttle. We then waited for 30 minutes for shuttle. Then driver said he might not be going to the correct Ramada for us. When we were commenting on wait, he kinda lost his cool and raised his voice saying something about "did we see him 30 minutes ago?" Had no idea what he meant, but made us feel very bad. We found out another couple on our shuttle had to wait an hour because he had been full earlier. He pointed out horrible traffic that was causing slow turnaround. If he had just said that to begin with, we would have understood completely. Also wish desk receptionist had told us we needed to make sure we were taking Ramada shuttle #34. We were just looking for Ramada. It didn't seem he knew we were supposed to be on his shuttle even though we had told desk what island location we were at. Other than that rough beginning, things are fine.

Staff not friendly, no shampoo in the room. Only decaf coffee in room. There was no top sheet on the bed.
