AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Everything about the Sonder was terrible. The check in process is a nightmare. The room had not been cleaned so we were asked to leave (after being checked in) until later that evening. ZERO customer service. After many phone calls when you reach someone they don't speak English. Check in process asks for personal information that should not be needed for a prepaid hotel. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The room was small and dirty on top of the nightmare of how it is run. YUCK.. TERRIBLE. AWFUL.

Sonder at Boylston is very good, but visitors need to be aware that: -there's no elevator so good luck if you have a heavy bag to carry and room on the 5 floor - there's no reception desk or any humans who you can approach in case of a problem. You can conduct an online conversation with their app though - the bathrooms walls are transparent

Very, very expensive for what you get. I lived next door to this place for year. I wonder how many guests realize they’re paying so much to stay in a place that was full of sex offenders and addicts? The most down and out and kind off gross people called this building home. They had tiny studio apartments with shared bathrooms. Now, You’re paying so much to sleep in the same tiny box, but with a shower weirdly placed in the corner. It was cool that I could help myself to extra basics at convenient cupboards in the hallway. Also, this place has location, location, location. But that also means no parking.

The building and lounge area were nice. The odd thing we found was the design of the room. A room just with a toilet, the shower is out in the bedroom and the sink also separately. There is enough space to have all the bathroom items in one room inside of the bedroom… The room didn’t feel quite right.

Small comfortable small convenient small clean.
Ok here's where it plays out. I was on a 7 day business trip. So I had a suitcase with a weeks worth of clothes plus jackets for being in Seattle in November. Problem is there was no where to fit my clothes. There isn't even a part just a hook in the wall. The rooms are tiny. Barely room around the bed to walk. Shower is right there in corner of room next to bed. Way to small for what I was doing. BUT I am sure younger travelers on a shorter stay find it perfect. The world is getting more minimalistic but when it comes to traveling I like space to stretch and store my stuff. I did give decent ratings for the place but just not a place for me again.

Great for solo traveler. Good location. Offer free water and espresso machine in the room. Only few downsides. 1. No elevator but they offer help carrying during office hour. 2. No chair for work while in the room. 3. Outside noise could bother while sleeping but they offer earplugs and white noise machine. 4. Wifi indicator blue light is too bright for dark room sleeper.

The rooms were clean and nice. My room was the first one in the building which was convenient, but was very noisy. The doors slam shut in the building and people come in at all times during the night. There were a lot of noises outside from the trash and delivery trucks. The other issue was since it is a non-smoking hotel, people will smoke right outside the front door. I could smell it inside, especially the weed smell.
