When we got to the shuttle location and shuttle saw us, then drove by without stopping. We called the hotel and they said they will text us the tracking for the next shuttle so I could see it on my phone. 25 minutes went by and I could see on the tracking that the shuttle didn't leave the hotel. So we took an uber. When we arrived I notated that she said the shuttle would come and it didn't move. They said "oh no they went there and you were there". This was clearly a lie, I had proof, I had tracking on the shuttle that they sent me and it never moved! Why lie about that? Were they just planning on never coming? The ceilings are paper thing. You can hear every step above you and it feels like an earthquake.

Amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle SeaTac Airport. All employees were friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall location to airport was perfect in relation to car rental return and shuttle service to airport. Highly recommend this hotel for the busy traveler.

Nice hotel with iron clad safety measures.

The bathroom faucet was not sealed to the sink and was attached only by the plumping tubes. Turning on the water required one to grip the faucet and the other to manipulate the handle.
