Just one hour north of San Francisco, this home is set on a ridge overlooking orchards with spectacular views all the way to Mt St Helena. The 2 story main house has large living areas on the top floor, including a family room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room. The 3 bedrooms are on the lower level (plus a wine room/game room, and work area), including an enormous master bedroom, and 2 different spa-like master bathrooms. The separate pool house includes a wet bar, 2 bathrooms and large living space. In between you’ll find large pool (with optional heating) and hot tub, as well as beautiful gardens. You can even hike down to redwood groves and your own creek without leaving the property.
The house also has high speed internet and a private office with two large monitors, keyboards and printer for remote working or school.
Bed configuration. One of the bedrooms can be configured with either a king bed or two twins. Master has a king bed, and third bedroom has a queen bed. There are also two other twin beds and a queen-size murphy bed in the home.
Main level. Dine in the family room (table for 6) or the formal dining room (table for 8) – or take advantage of the many decks and patios to dine al fresco. The family room also includes an entertainment center with TV / surround sound, stereo and stone fireplace. Sonos is available to stream throughout the property.
Connected to the family room is a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen including counter stool eating area, and high end appliances. The main living room features vaulted ceilings and awe-inspiring views, as well as a gas fired stone fireplace and selection of toys and puzzles.
Lower level. The master bedroom opens directly to the hot tub and pool area, and also features a TV with full surround sound. The master bathroom includes both a large walk in shower and bath adjacent to an atrium of light and plants. The second bathroom includes two sinks/vanities and large shower and connects to the two other bedrooms on the lower level.
Game/wine room. There's a wine cellar adjacent to the master bedroom that is used as a game room with foosball, darts, poker chip set and various board games provided. There's also a two-person office on the same level.
Outdoor. Nearby the large pool and hot tub is an outdoor kitchen with gas fired grill, heat lamps and even an outdoor fireplace. Bask in the private garden, pick a lemon or fruit from the many trees, or meander down to the winter creek and redwood trees outside of the garden on the property. The neighborhood is also surrounded by vineyards, farms and orchards, with plenty of opportunities to indulge.
Pool house. The pool house includes two bathrooms and a large living area, including it’s own TV/entertainment center and stereo, as well as wet bar and fireplace.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people overnight, with an additional 6 daytime guests, excluding anyone younger than 3. Maximum overnight parking is for 3 vehicles, though ample parking for 6+ cars is available during the day, including 2 indoor garage spaces.
We provide children’s items, including a pack n’ play and high chair, as well as many games and toys. The pool is covered by a retractable safety cover.
There are plenty of opportunities to play & relax, including tree swings and a hammock, as well as pool basketball and volleyball.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $200 a day in the winter (November through April) and $100 a day in the summer.

No Pets allowed at any time due to owner allergies. Pets brought onto the property will incur a $500 fine and guests will be required to leave. The property also uses ultrasonic devices to deter pests and rodents which may harm dogs and cats.
Please note: there are external security cameras around the property, though only the cameras facing the driveway entrances are active during guest stays.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
No amplified outdoor music is allowed in Sonoma County rentals.
