Front desk needs a serious customer service overhaul. Rude, poor attitude, did not want to be working at all. Made me feel incredibly unwelcome. Had I not traveled several hours already I would of stayed somewhere else.

Bell Rock Inn thanks you for your support and for taking the time in providing feedback! It is our pleasure to present our guests with the best vacation experiences possible.

3 out of 5
No Elevator. Requires 200.00 dollar damage deposit. Charges Resort Fee of 16.00 dollars a night for providing no amenities in excess of a Motel 6. No Restaurant or breakfast bar on premises. Was obliged to listen to a sales pitch for a local Hilton timeshare residence prior to fully checking in. No room maid service provided.
