I read the reviews here about staff not being friendly, but I did not experience that! In fact, quite the opposite. Staff greeted me every time I passed the front desk and one evening, the lady at the front desk spent 20 minutes dialing and redialing a restaurant I wanted to visit, so that I could get a reservation. The facilities are modern, clean, and nice. Location is great -- not in the city center, but a nice 15 minute walk away.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the place was gorgeous. The only downside to the room was the AC was not very powerful and some evenings it was very hot.

We stay in this hotel for a couple of days, everything was wonderful and love having breakfast there. we were 10 people staying there, I do recomended theis hotel either If you travel with family or not.

Parkhotel Villa Grazioli

1.0 Creepy and lonely
The hotel is nice for people who want to get away from the city, but it is far and their is no trasportation. They made it seem like the villa was elegant which it wasn't. A plate of food is 31 euro's and was not good. Think about it.
