The front staff was always out smoking. The service in the restraint and bar were horrible. The waitress from dinner was running around in a robe the next morning when we went to check out. The room was dirty for the price we paid it was a horrible experience!! Can’t believe that the Hilton put their name on this one!!

This was a fantastic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of space in the room as well. The staff was very friendly.

Nice renovations, attractive hotel.Nice furnishings, clean property. The Hotel is not ready to handle a large influx of guests, and management did not anticipate a large number of emergency and electrical infrastructure workers using the town as a staging area for possible power outages after the recent winter storms. The hotel restaurant ran out of a number of menu items. The waitress was working a large crowd with no help, and she was so unhappy, she took her frustration out on some of the guests-including me. NOT GOOD! Check-in was not as pleasant as it could have been. My king -sized bed that I reserved turned into a full size bed upon my arrival. I was assigned the smaller room, as I was told that my room had not been cleaned or made available for my occupancy...at 3: 30 pm on the afternoon of my check-in. In spite of these difficulties, the hotel has a lot of potential, as Selma definitely needs some business to uplift the old downtown area.
