Great property, staff were superb. Went out of their way to help us out. I was chatting with the bar man and mentioned that I had intended to try Arak before I left Bali. They don’t stock it at the bar, but he said he could get a friend to drop some by. I told him I didn’t want to cause him any bother and not to worry about it. When I went later to get some drinks he produced a bottle and I was able to try it. Beyond service!!! Didn’t even expect a tip for his trouble, I had to insist.

The hotel is in a good location and a short walk to shops and cafes and the beach. The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection of dishes and very friendly staff. the pool is lovely with lots of deck chairs and umbrellas.The room was very spacious and clean. will definitely go back in the future!
