Conveniently located 3 miles from shopping/major hospital, over 150 waterfalls, hiking, kayaking Lake Jocassee, lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell!!! Clemson University only minutes away!!! Looking for a place for the whole family for Clemson game’s contact me for additional tent camping accommodations!!

Fun, artsy, small house
Excellent little house with all the amenities of a full size house. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. Close to Seneca but with a nice view of the rolling hill. One night of heavy wind and rain, but we slept right through it. We accidentally locked the handle lock (in addition to the coded dead bolt) but did not realize until we returned late in the evening. Owner is an excellent host! Owner was quick to reply to our messages on how to get back in event though it was past 10pm.

Tiny House Review
Wife and I came to town for a football game and the house was a great option both for location and price. As the title says, the house is a tiny house but is great for a couple or a single person. No problems with get to or into the house.
