All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, box springs and comfortable mattresses. Two full bathrooms with bath and / or shower, WC, bidet and sink also overlook the night hall.

At the front and inside of the property, a covered space can accommodate 2 to 3 cars sheltered from the sun by a roof. Palm trees, plantations and fruit trees decorate the spaces around the house.

The house is equipped with a wood stove, central heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is super-equipped and has all the modern utensils (crockery, pots, pans, paelleria, household appliances, dishes, etc.) for a pleasant and efficient life up to 12 people. The house is located in a secure residential subdivision with a sports center (tennis, basketball, mini-football, gyms, open swimming pool) and a small shopping center (convenience store, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, ... ). Private access to these infrastructures is included in the rental. The small town of Betera is 10 minutes by car, Valencia 20-25 minutes. There is also a metro station in Betera to reach Valencia.

It is therefore an ideal home to radiate (25 km maximum) towards Valence and its surroundings, the beaches of the Mediterranean, the natural parks and the numerous golf courses of the region.
