Welcome to Sea La Vie! Our wonderful top floor condo situated only a few steps away from the Caribbean Sea and Seven Mile Beach, which has been voted one of the best beaches in the world. You are sure to enjoy memorable sunsets as well as the comforts of home found in the furnishings throughout. The expansive balcony is not only used for lounging but also dining, and is only three stories above the water.
The condo consists of three bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with King size beds and opulent baths. The third bedroom has two full beds with a third bathroom directly across the room. This condo comfortably sleeps six to eight people.
Sea La Vie is not only known for an amazing interior and view, but also an amazing location. Within 1/2 mile from the Sea La Vie property is Camana Bay, Cayman’s newest work/live city. Enjoy shopping, dining, and even a multi-plex movie theatre. Georgetown is a five-minute taxi ride, where there are more dining and shopping options.
This condo has a spacious, open floor plan, that has been professionally designed and decorated with seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living space. Located on the property is a pool and shaded patio area with a grill for cooking out. Also on the property is a tennis court which also serves as a two pickleball courts, Sea La Vie is your ultimate beach getaway. Enjoy the privacy of your own space, and peace and quiet at the private beachfront on Seven Mile Beach.

Absolutely Fantastic !!!
Absolutely gorgeous! It was in immaculate condition, updated, and perfectly located on 7-mile beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony directly overlooking the beach, watching the moon rise in the evenings, and the cruise ships arriving at night heading to George Town. The landscaping is candy to the eyes. The amenities include a pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, gym, grill area and large pond with bridge. We enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond :) Completely safe and within walking distance to many restaurants and groceries. The condo is more than comfortable and has everything you need. Very spacious and easily sleeps 6. Feels like a home away from home. The owner, Mick, was more than accommodating. He made us feel so... welcome in his home to be sure we had a perfect vacation. Thanks Mick!! We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!

Great Vacation
We are a family of five with adult children who were looking for a winter holiday retreat in Grand Cayman. The property was in outstanding condition, clean, located in a central location, and completely safe. The amenities were fantastic with a swimming pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, gym, and beach with beautiful sunsets. The owner, Mick, was a gracious host who regularly communicated with us and made the extra effort to make sure our accommodation was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation. Fantastic property!

A Memorable Family Vacation

The owner Mick is a class act, who goes above and beyond to make your vacation a memorable one! AMAZING Property & Host
The gorgeous condo is an amazingly welcoming, extremely spacious, and well-equipped. The ocean and sunset views are STUNNING! The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice. The owner has taken great care to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. The condo complex is clean & secure, with beautiful lush landscaping and wonderful common areas including private beach lounges, pool, and grilling / gathering area (we grilled local fish twice). The location is within walking distance of many nice restaurants too. We have rented through VRBO and other sites many times, but have never had the proactive attention that this host provided to help ensure an amazing time. Four weeks prior he called us to get our interests & activity preferences and then provided so much info to make the trip amazing. Communication up to and during the trip truly made the difference. We will definitely be back to visit! You will not be disappointed in investing in this property to make your island trip unforgettable.

Incredible Condo
My family and I stayed at this condo in late December for 5 nights. We loved it. The condo is beautiful. It's very large, the layout is great, and it's very nicely furnished. Our favorite part was the balcony. It's got incredible views of the water and a lot of great space and furniture for lounging. The condo complex is also great. The beach is very nice, it's got a nice pool, and a great fitness center. We also liked the location, especially the easy walk to Caymana Bay. Lastly, all our dealings with Mick, the condo owner, were fantastic. He's extremely helpful in making sure you have all the information you need and answering any questions. Fortunately, we had no issues but I know if we did he would help solve them. All in all I would rate out experience a 10 out of 10.

From start to finish I cannot say enough good things. The property owner was first class and made sure that every detail was communicated to us. The location is beautiful with plenty to do within walking distance. We enjoyed a great stay in Grand Cayman at Laguna Del Mar. what a great place to sit back and relax.

A slice of paradise
We came to the Caymans to dive. When we saw the listing it was so beautiful right on the beach and couldn’t resist. When we got here we were blown away. The property is stunning. The interior design very high end and elegant.breakfast on the deck watching the sunrise over the ocean was dreamy… Mick the owner is so nice, informative and wonderful about communicating. This is an 11 out of 10!

Outstanding condo
This is a beautiful top floor unit with an unbeatable ocean view on seven mile beach. It is very clean with all the amenities for an extended family vacation. We used the on site exercise facility and snorkel almost everyday at the front area. This is a good location with close proximity to restaurants and Camana bay. It is safe and we even got to know the security person who patrol the premises after dark. The owner was very gracious, responsive and provided useful information to make this a very enjoyable vacation for us.
