Short drive from attractions and affordable
Cute little condo tucked away from the busy tourist areas. Not a lot of extra amenities, but very clean and exactly as advertised. We did a quick little vacation over Thanksgiving break, but we had to be back home for Thanksgiving Day. This condo fit our needs perfectly! It is a short drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, and you can't beat the price! My only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer!

Short stay
We had a short stay doing the who Dollywood, Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg fun stuff. The property was not in the whole mix of the craziness which was perfect. It was located in a quiet area. Neighbors were polite. Parking was not a problem. Plenty of room. The condo was spacious. Upstairs/ Downstairs. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. 2 bathrooms were a huge plus!! No view. Property manager was very accessible and accommodating. We couldn’t find the blow up bed and he had one sitting on the front porch that night waiting for us when we got back. Definitely would come back!!

Bare necessities
This house is a great alternative to a hotel if you enjoy having a kitchen and extra space to spread out. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Make sure you bring all of your toiletries and coffee. We checked in when it was dark and it was difficult to find the house number. The only lock on the door is for the keyless entry.

Overall the condo was very cleaned and presentable. We found it plentifully stocked with blankets, pillows, and such. The only complaint is the member of HOA that falsely accused us of using a "charcoal grill" inside the garage. Outside of that incident the first morning, everything else was satisfactory.

My husband and I liked the master bed and all the bedding was clean and comfortable.The house was clean and newly renovated. The neighborhood was quiet but does look a little rundown on the outside. The interior makes up for it though. Good Wi-Fi and smart TVs.
