Terrible is timer service. Wifi didn’t work, river was gross and looked like a creek, not enough parking space, outdated, curtains for blankets, door was cut in bathroom to fit around the toilet, housekeeping was the worst, one tv was stuck in Spanish and no way to fix it, official e staff not friendly or welcoming or helpful, housekeeping starts at around 6/7am and goes back n forth for hours and I mean 4-5 hrs straight barreling the loud cart back n forth past your room. So many other better hotels that offer so much more for the same price.

My family has stayed at this property for years but this stay the couch bed was disgusting with crumbs and filth all over the mattress. We used Lysol but had to itemize it due to the number of people. It was thin with springs popping out and had stains all over. Worst night of sleep I had in a long time. It just felt nasty. There was also a previous guest swimsuit still in the restroom and no continental breakfast as there was in years past. With such a large tourist destination, the family suite should really be updated

Surprised when entering room to see 2 bedroom areas separated by the bathroom. Had we known, we would have booked only one room for the 3 of us. The next morning, the young man checking us out said all of their 2 queen beds were confirgured this way. The balcony overlooking the river was a nice extra, too. Breakfast ok, but hard for those with diabetic issues.
