Lovely Boutique Hotel in an excellent location!

Pros: Staff, specifically Christina and Maria, were great, but the entire staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and beds very comfy .
Cons: None
Location: Many restaurants, shops and sights within walking distance.
We stayed at Hotel Las Casas de El Arenal on the last leg of a 14 night trip and it was fantastic. They were easily able to change our room at check in, which was much appreciated after a bit of a nightmare room in Madrid. They offered a welcome glass of champagne, then surprised us with a fruit tray with large cold water bottle brought to our room. They also gave us a map with several restaurant and sightseeing suggestions at check in. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both great. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly to both requests I had during the stay and seemed truly happy to help. There was a lovely patio on the 2nd floor where we enjoyed a glass of wine the first evening, but unfortunately never had the time to visit it again. The location was also very central, but not on a busy street, so very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel!

Loved this hotel!

Pros: The location was awesome, the staff friendly and the beds comfortable!
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: It is right in the heart of the old section of Seville near the Cathedral.
We wanted something a little authentic to the area and that's exactly what we got! It is in a great location, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. They brought us fruit and champagne our first day, and even included some for our son who wasn't even staying with us! We had no problems at all and would definitely stay here again if we visited Seville.

Nice location

We arrived in Seville by train and took a 6 euro taxi ride to the hotel. It cost a little more going back to the train station, close to 9 euros, and the reception desk attendant called for our cab when we were ready to go. The staff was very helpful--gave good recommendations on restaurants and helpful directions. The breakfast was wonderful as well.
