Great hotel and location, fantastic staff. The power outage on our departure day was not ideal and one other small suggestion- some slippers in the room would be great as the floor is very cold.

Lovely clean & friendly hotel in centre
Well located near cathedral, only a few minute walk, but quieter than than the busy city centre. Excellent, friendly staff. Ask for a room on inside. Ours had a lovely view of the square below but couldn't have windows open because of noise at night. No aircon either so it was a bit stuffy at night. Lovely clean room, well maintained & housekeeping was excellent. Nice quiet sunbathing areas on rooftop. Pool not heated, but imagine it's lovely in the summer. Sunbathing in January - great sun trap on the roof protected from breeze. Highly recommend visiting rooftop bar at sister hotel across the road as well. Despite a couple of small niggling details, I would recommend & will come back

Fabulous place to stay, staff were wonderful and very attentive. It was my husbands birthday and the staff at breakfast realised this and gave him a bottle of fizz which our party of 4 enjoyed. Would definitely stay her again.
