Your family will be in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic. You will be minutes away from Knoxville, University of Tennessee and Neyland Stadium. Your are also close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park and all the fun local attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Newly remodeled lower level of split foyer. Open kitchen, living room/family room. After a day in traffic and crowds, enjoy time at a residential location to relax in, with 70" TV. 58" TV in master bedroom. A large yard for the kids.

This was our second time staying, and it was just as awesome as the first! This place is clean, quiet, and convenient. The decor is lovely, and it is an awesome place to just relax after a busy day in Knoxville with our son who attends UT. We will always stay here when in Knoxville! Can’t say enough good things. So nice and roomy
We had a great stay here! Will come back again. Updated so cozy throughout, very clean and bigger than expected...the open kitchen and family room area are great and plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked coffee bar! Super accommodating and easy location to get to. We visited Pigeon Forge and UTK while there. We were within 20 min drive of both. Worked out great!
