Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and attentive without getting into my business or trying to sell me things. The property was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. They provide some free minibar items in each room which are restocked daily, as well as free water bottles and tea in the lobby. Also, a city metro map is provided with some tips for getting around and being safe in the city. They even have a WeChat if you need assistance outside of the hotel. The WiFi was not always reliable, but worked well enough when I needed it.

Our room with a king bed was spacious and elegantly decorated. The breakfast buffet with both Chinese and European food was bountiful and delicious.

I enjoyed the customer service from the staff. They were very friendly and provided services for all our needs. The room was beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very Nice Hotel and Excellent Location

Pros: The hotel is very clean and its location was excellent.
Cons: The only thing I can think of would be to have a safe in the room.
I have nothing but good to say about the hotel. The instructions emailed me on how to get to the hotel were excellent. It was very easy. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many different sites. The staff could not have been more helpful. It was an excellent experience.
