The morning breakfast buffet was great, with a good selection and attentive staff. The concierge was also helpful in hailing/booking a taxi. However, considering my extended stay, the hotel apparently had a large amount of connecting rooms with terrible sound proof. During the first 6 nights of my stay, I I could hear my next door guest talking/laughing/unpacking until late hours of the night/early hours of the morning. This was really disruptive and half way during my stay, esp. considering this was a business trip. I had to pack/unpack and change room at 1am in the morning.

My new Go To in SH! Great hotel.
Everything was excellent. Reception staff, concierge, restaurant staff and spa/pool/gym. Choice of western style or Chinese food. (If you’re feeling the need for western, highly recommend the chicken panini). Fabulous location just a 5 min walk to “The Greenway” a 3K stretch along the river, with an amazing run paths, views and mingle with fellow runners, lots of them. 12 min walk to Luban Road Metro. Always felt safe. My new go to destination in SH. 10 min taxi ride to all the main areas, The Bund, Nanjing Road etc.
