A good place to relax.
Everywhere the staff was very smiling and helpful, ready to fulfill your wishes (even on the beach). The room (and the whole hotel) was beautiful and very clean. Never felt crowded. There is a Spa (we never use it). It is next to the Old Market. The beach is big and the sea is very good for swimmers because is calm and windless most of the time (December 25°C). If you want to see the reef there is a free boat which departs 5 times a day...and the trip takes just 5 minutes. There is a van which goes for you at the airport for US$ 5. There is a good range of dishes but the basics are bland (fircexample, the mushroom were from a can, not fresh ones)...the juices and jellys are not natural, the sweets were ordinary as were the drinks. The salads and the fish were always fresh.

Very friendly staff, Sami, Hassan and chef Mouhamed at the restaurant were very accommodating, Yassen our housekeeper went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, finally the waiting staff was amazing, we will miss Tarek, Mouhamed and Romany. Thank you for great memories…
