If you require certain things at checkin like names of other parties to be in room then make that known to 3rd party travel sites (i.e. Expedia, etc.)...this was VERY frustrating for a family with a sick older family member waiting for all this to be corrected at the time of check-in.

Dear Ms. Trenna, Here is the policy listed on every website that offers rooms, this applies to every hotel. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. For the safety and security of every guest, every business requires a registered guest to check in, exceptions are only made with prior notice and changes made directly through travel agent.

Initial room had white bedspread with red stains. Requested another room. 2nd room Dirty ice bucket, no tray for coffee filter, broken toilet handle.

My car tried to get broken into on hotel property. Also the hotel staff is rude , our room wasn’t cleaned when we checked into it, it was blood on the door the towels were dirty the room smelled like someone smoked in there. I filed my complaint with the front desk they didn’t give us another room until the next day they didn’t even provide housekeeping to clean the room . They were unprofessional I could not speak with the manger . The next room they gave us was dirty & they didn’t provide any assistance with that . Just a terrible hotel to stay at.
