The staff at the property was great. The first room we were given one of the beds collapsed as soon as we laid on. The frame also cut the leg of my friend that was with me on the trip. We went to the front desk and they switched our room. The upper floors of the hotel was under construction while we were there. It did smell musty through out the hotel. The couches in the waiting area were stained. As well as the breakfast that they served was ok. Nothing super great. The corporation needs to put more money into the upkeep of there facilities that is for sure.

This place had to by far my worst experience ever. Checked in I’ve waited for the the young lady to finish counting change, which took about 8 mins. Stood there no welcome in or nothing, just give me a second. I knew it was about to be a bad experience. Room smelled bad like old clothes. We had no blankets, I called and the young man did bring me some sheets. Let’s get to the big part. From the moment we walked in the room you can hear what appeared to be kids tumbling above us. So we didn’t want to complain hoping by the time we go to sleep 1am it would stop. NO!! Woke up 3 times to ask the front office to please tell them to go to bed. Nothing changed, I do believe he tried. I think it’s an unsafe environment and the police need to be called that was not children. That was safe, I woke up 3 times until i just woke my son and husband up and said let’s head back to Texas. We left at 6 and the noise was getting worse.

Room had no towels or TV remote. Went to the front desk several times about a remote and was told the maintenance person was on his way, which he never showed. Mold was growing from the ceiling in the bathroom and room also smelled of mold. In all it was a horrible stay.

My car was keyed the first night.I was not given a hotel receipt when I checked out, even after I asked for it.My car was parked n front of 2 cameras and I was told they don't work.Tried to make a police report the police answer machine said "Not taking messages.Never stay there again.
