Very friendly at check in/out. Place is very much I need of a remodel. Shower & bathroom floor was not clean. Towels smelled like old grease.

The property was not very clean, there were unsavory people hanging in the lobby.. when I we went down to get breakfast there were people sleeping on the couches in the lobby.. will definitely not be going back....

The check in staff need customer service training. They were talking to a group of youth who were having problem with the vending machine. They were sharing their frustration with us as we were trying to check in. We made a reservation for a King room and did not know a King was not available until we got to the room and called. Was told there is no guarantee of getting a King when making a reservation. The carpet in the room was filthy, as well as the walls. Appears to be an old hotel not well kept. TV needs to be updated and access to more stations. Very disappointed with the service and condition of the hotel.

We are an older property, however, there is no excuse for us to not be clean. We should have done a better job inspecting the rooms prior to your arrival. I am sorry that didn't happen. I liked the room, preferred to have better tv since we are now in the year 2020, wasn't even a flat screen. The bed was a little too firm for me, jetted tub was nice, but the shower leaked out all over the floor.

The first room we checked into our keys did not work after going downstairs and trying to third set of keys they decided to put us in another room. Although I don’t know if we would’ve been able to stand the smell in that one. I have to take an all-around luggage back down to one in order to get new keys to a new room we came back to the same floor and again the keys did not work.After they did not work for maintenance he said they must’ve just had a bad batch of keys. A young lady with a bad attitude came in to spray for the smell in the second room but after about five minutes this smell came back and housekeeping had to return.
