What I did not like his how much I paid for this room through Travelocity to be treated as a second hand consumer for I am not someone who is part of the Hilton Rewards program when everything that was promised to me through Travelocity for accommodations as in free parking complimentary breakfast because I am a type 1 diabetic who has to have insulin that I was told that I was going to have to pay for my breakfast when my email was told when I made my booking that it will be complimentary

I looked at your reservation and it does state room only, no indication of free parking or breakfast. Again I am very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I stayed in a recently “renovated” room however the shower water was not hot, the toilet was broke half the time, and the AC never got below 74 even though it was set at 65. I will not be staying here again.

AC not working

Pros: location
Cons: consideration for comfort
After arriving on a late Friday evening after a couple hours we noticed that the AC was not working correctly (was very hot). We toughed it out that night since it was so late. Called front desk early morning to inform about the AC, they got a technician there as soon as they could. (which in my opinion they should have moved my wife and I to another room to assure our comfort). Instead they attempted to fix. After being gone all day at the casino getting back 10pm, we noticed that the AC was sounding like it was going to blow up but it was cooler. Being in customer service, I would have assured my customers stay I would have moved them to another room, or if they were booked offer to pay for another hotel. None of these options were offered. Was a terrible experience, got no sleep. When checking out of the hotel I informed once again there was no resolution. They offered no compensation what so ever and just said sorry. I asked for the GM to call me on my cell (which the manager assured me they would), never received a phone call. I cant recommend this hotel for this lack of consideration, and will never stay in this hotel again.

Great place to stay!

my mom and aunt stayed one night - arrived late due to flight delay. the staff went above and beyond to make them comfortable even getting hotel staff to make them a meal late evening after all was closed.

Very Near the Casinos

Pros: Location, Rooms, Service
Cons: No
Location: There are 4 large casinos and dozens of great restaurants. For local fare - I highly recommend the Blind Pig restaurant.
The hotel was a short walk from the casinos and a lot of great restaurants and pubs. The hotel is very nice and the staff are super. I highly recommend this hotel!
