Employees were absolutely wonderful... after having to switch hotels last minute because our first hotel didnt have our room , we switched to your hotel and absolutely the best thing we did... Will for sure be staying here from now on...

The pool was shut down for several hours and we were not able to use it. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The hotel is new and is nice.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff upon check in were not very friendly. One employee walked past me, didn't say anything. As I was on the front desk phone trying to get ahold of someone to check me in, the phone rang and rang. After trying 4 times, the 1st employee tells me that the other girl was on the phone, so I would have to hold on. The lady finally came to the desk with no greeting or apology. However, the employee who was at the desk upon check out was very friendly!
