Mask requirement was not enforced. Guests who didn't wear a mask didn't follow any of the protocols either.:( Left a day early. The staff said they couldn't give me a refund due to using an app to register. Tried to get in touch or get my day's stay back from app. with no luck, need to talk to a person.

The decor was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, staffing for the breakfast was rude and detracted from that.

We had two rooms, and it would have been nice to have them next to each other. The rooms were clean and very nice. The hotel was well-kept and had lots of places to sit and meet together. Good value with friendly staff.
