This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed, two twin beds, and two twin Murphy beds. It features a gas fireplace and a private balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. Enjoy a quiet stay away, but the ski areas are still easily accessible with the nearby shuttle stops. Treehouse Condominiums offers a wide array of amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool and three hot tubs. There's also a sauna, a racquetball court, fitness facilities and coin-operated laundry facilities. There's a fun game room with pool tables, an air hockey table, a ping pong table and variety of arcade games. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large, smart TV. There are two twin Murphy beds in the cabinets under the TV. Board games have been provided by the homeowner for your enjoyment. Step outside to the private balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table in the kitchen seats five. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Guys ski trip
We had a great time staying at this property. The water pressure in the showers was amazing and we enjoyed being able to cook our own food. Was happy to see a slow cooker, so we made pulled pork and after skiing all day, we came home to a hot meal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If you enjoy hearing your neighbors conversations and every footstep, this is the place for you! If you enjoy broken floors, slow drains, and poor water pressure, this is the place for you! If you like disgusting pools and locker rooms with carpet (oh wait that’s just a 3 year old build up of hair that’s never been cleaned) this is the place for you! And if after reading this you’re convinced it is the place for you, take a screenshot of your parking confirmation, they’ll boot your car and say you never registered. If you did in fact register, they’ll spend an hour telling you that you must have done something wrong. If you ask to speak to a manager, they’ll tell you “you don’t need to speak to a manager.” And after all that if you still have the proof and insist on not paying the boot fee and threaten to involve the police, they’ll swiftly apologize and blame it on a “computer glitch” when they, in fact, have been running this scam for years.

Value Accommodation
This unit checks the major boxes; comforable beds, well stocked kitchen and comfortable seating in the living space. The showers in both bathrooms have impressive water pressure. And the location is convenient to Copper, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone and a reasonable drive to Winter Park. It is however rather dated, and has some quirks that may put some people off. For example, there is a light switch at the entrance to the master bedroom, however there are no lights associated with that switch (it does nothing!). The lights on either side of the bed are switched 5 feet off the floor, so you need to get out of bed to switch on/off, and far from the door. Overall, lighting throughout is dim. The carpets in both bedrooms had creased, turned up corners near the door making a significant trip hazard. The wifi service was pathetically slow and at times applications timed out. This coupled with poor cell service (both Verizon and ATT) lead to a challenge to stay in touch. The property management company was very responsive. We discovered that one of the window sashes was partially broken causing a 1/8" gap over the width of the window, which whistled on a windy night. We reported this, and a maintenance person was dispatched but did not improvise a solution leaving things up to us to MacGyver a solution with garbage bags and paper towels. Overall, we were ok with our visit, and a few easy improvements could lead to a resounding endorsement.

Laundry is not available in the basement of every unit - you may have to walk in the snow trying to find a unit that has laundry available. The Wi-Fi in this condo was very poor. The master shower was barely big enough for me to stand in, much less be able to use it comfortably.

When I booked the stay I specifically addressed tHat there would be a TV in bedrooms and was told there was. Tv was in room but not working called to complain never fixed the problem!

Great Place, with just a couple caveats
We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, cozy, well-appointed. The furniture and fixtures were all practically new. The location was awesome, and the property amenities were great (pool, hot tubs, ping pong, etc) There were only a couple things: the windows in the bedrooms were a bit tricky to figure out…one didn’t fully lock and the other was extremely difficult to lock; and the other biggest issue we had was the noise from the people above. The building is made of mostly wood, and we could hear every single step and movement of the people above us…it mainly kept us from sleeping as well as we wanted. But overall, we loved our stay, and would stay here again. The owners were super attentive and friendly, and they had things really well explained in the manual they sent us.
