The staff Evelyn was very nice! I picked the luggage back at mid-night on 1 Jan and it was incredibly hard to call a grip or taxi. She paid so much effort on it and this makes me very impressive overall the trip! Others in hotel were fine. The only thing is the TV is not work very smooth.
