IMPORTANT: IN THE PERIOD FROM EASTER HOLIDAYS NRW TO INCLUDING AUTUMN HOLIDAYS NRW MINIMUM: 1 WEEK TO BOOK FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. FINAL CLEANING IS PERFORMED BY OUR GUESTS AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE. !!!!!!!!!!!! After consultation with the reception, a final cleaning can be booked under certain costs: approx. EUR 85.00.
TOWELS / BATH TOWELS, TOWELS and BEDDING are to be brought by the tenants. It is possible to book laundry packages at the reception for a fee.
On the ground floor with underfloor heating (summer / winter accommodation) there is 1 large living / dining room, 1 spacious kitchen (new in 2014) and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel heater. Upstairs are 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 toilet with washing facilities. Add. there is a cot, safety gate and high chair. The living room is with 2 leather sofas (new in 2019) and an armchair, as well as a gr. Dining table for 6 people fitted. 1 showcase and 2 chests of drawers offer sufficient storage space. Technical equipment: color TV 81 cm, cable and satellite system, DVD player, radio with CD player, WiFi. With its full equipment, the kitchen offers all the prerequisites for self-catering: dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 2 coffee machines (1 pad), kettle, toaster, hand mixer, waffle maker, vacuum cleaner etc. There is 1 storage room and 1 parking space at the house. There are also 1 grill and luxury garden furniture incl. Parasol available.
Washing machines and tumble dryers are available at reception for a fee during opening hours.
The park has a well-stocked bike rental service, from which e-bikes can also be rented.

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Ferienunterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super – er war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die schöne, ruhige Lage gefallen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub in Sint Maartenvlotburg im Park Campanula
In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Küche voll ausgestattet, tolle Spiele für die Familie und schöne kleine Terrasse zum sonnen, ein Grill war auch da. Leider hatten wir kein Glück mit dem Wetter. Es gibt aber in der Umgebung auch Sachen die man bei weniger guten Wetter unternehmen kann. Langeweile kam keine auf, wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Da wir bereits vor 2 Jahren in der Gegend Urlaub gemacht hatten, haben wir uns bereits ausgekannt und unseren Urlaub an dem schönen Strand etc. wieder sehr genossen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. :-)

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Das Haus war genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und wird von den Besitzern mit viel Liebe zum Detail in Schuss gehalten. Der Haus liegt schön im Park (nah zu allen wichtigen Dingen) und der Park auch nur 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Strand. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, im Haus gab es einfach ALLES, wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!
