The size of the beds that I booked to reserve we’re for two queens. I got two full for family of 5. Very inconvenient. Advertisement needs to be updated. They do not have queen beds on their property. Did not look like the picture. Very dirty and smelled of smoke and other gross things.

It's Just Okay

Pros: The bed was comfortable; the breakfast was easily restocked upon request if needed and was tasty; the desk staff were kind; the place was clean.
Cons: Better listing details; new pillows; better AC to control humidity in the rooms. It was gross to even walk across the floor (maybe shampoo left in?)
Location: Ice Cream shop; cute downtown with lots of shops; nice community park facilities for walking, tennis, golf, etc.
Based on the info about this hotel on Travelocity & the photos, we were expecting much better rooms and facilities. The floor was sticky with excessive humidity which we couldn't get rid of throughout the night because the a/c only ran on "cool" or "warm" and the like so it kept turning off when it felt like it was cool? There was no way to keep the AC fan on even. The bathrooms were very small; the pillows were older (not dirty or anything, just hard and flat). Breakfast was okay. The pool looked beautiful though, for what it's worth. Overall, the place wasn't dirty or unwelcoming, it's just not really as advertised. The rooms are smaller than pictured, well-worn, and pretty much on par with a Super 8, which wasn't what I thought I was paying for.

Pros: The motel was quiet.
Cons: Improve "hot breakfast", repair or replace furniture with tears or holes, replace commode so that it looks clean; adjust bed dust ruffle.
Location: There was nothing that we saw of this location. It is 33 miles off the interstate. It would have been nice to know that it was that far our route.
Advertised hot breakfast was very lacking and unappealing; tear/hole in desk chair; commode looks like a piece of bowel movement is in bottom but we decided it was exceedingly stained or scratched; tv came in and out during use; dust ruffle of bed was falling off the bed; this motel was 33 miles from our location in Rapid City and there was no suggestion that we would have to travel so far to the motel.

Staff

Pros: clean, shower has good water pressure. microwave and refrig worked great.
Cons: I felt it was over priced .. I pay less in much bigger cities.
Location: There is NOTHING to do
Staff was very helpful when the "business center computer" would not print. They also were very nice in providing a free pass to a "fitness center". Breakfast is lacking protein options.. The hotel does not have an elevator.

Great stay, great price, great staff

This hotel is a very nice hotel and very clean as well. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was talking with the staff and they do have a meeting room, however we did not use it, but we seen the door open when housekeeping was in there and it looked nice. They have a nice pool area, that my kids enjoyed. It is right accross the street from Dean Foods and close to Wells Dairy Corp, if you are a business traveler. We were in town visiting my mother. They had a good breakfast with fresh cinnimon rolls, waffles, biscuts and gravy, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and other items. And of course juice, milk, coffee, and my favorite :) a cappichino machine. It was really a great stay and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope this is helpful.
