My room was not exactly clean. There were still clothing left behind by the previous occupants that were not removed. Also, I showed the manager on duty that the shelves were dusty and have not been cleaned. Being that this location is connected to the Sanford Medical Center by a walkway, health issues that may have possible transmission because of items left behind was very concerning. The hotel picked up the items and promised to send up a housekeeper to clean the dusty shelves but that did not happen. I was also told that a discount on my stay will be initiated because of the inconvenience. I am not sure if that was processed.

Nice roomy motel room

Pros: Great breakfast and large room
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this motel and it is great! The complimentary breakfast has lots of selection, including biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, toast, muffins, waffles, and cereal. The room was reasonably priced and very roomy. Lots of space to move around. It is in a convenient, safe location right next to the hospital. After we get checked in and are up in our room for about 10 minutes, they call to make sure everything is ok and as we expected prior to arrival. We have been to many motels, and rarely get this type of customer service!
