The front desk staff were unfriendly and rude at check in and check out. Cleaning staff were awesome. Told desk manager that the check in area restroom needed toilet paper, she looked at my wife and said "we're short staffed and will deal with it later" not a thank you we will get it taken care of. at check out the two people behind the desk were to busy to acknowledge I was even there, my business had hosted an event two months earlier and used this hotel as our group stay ..... will not happen next year we will take our business where it is welcomed.

The breakfast was good. The waffle maker was easy to use and it gave a good size waffle. Room 118 has a horrible toilet. You have to flush it 4 or 5 times instead of 1 time. Selena at check in could not give good directions for the ice machine
