Not Happy

I did not feel as though the bed was comfortable, and I felt that on the Sunday breakfast crew was bias to my family. Some front desk people did not seem to hospitable towards your guess of color. I have been a member of HHRewards for years, don't think it would be my first choice anymore.

Business/pleasure trip

Pros: It was a good deal considering the Travelocity price.
Cons: We could not find any way to adjust the AC. A night light in the bathroom would be a nice touch.
Location: Ruddy Duck restaurant shared parking lot with the Hilton Garden Inn.
The registration desk was manned by a pleasant young lady. We were quickly given our key cards and given directions to the elevators. She told us the hours of the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Our room was a bit stuffy, but we could not make the temperature lower. It wasn't intolerable, and we didn't mention this to the front desk until check-out.

exactly what I expected...what a nice surprise

When I checked in my reservation (including keys, paperwork, etc) was ready. Meals were well prepared and on time. The desk people were very helpful, which I appreciated as I was lost half of the time I was there. Pools, halls, everything was spotless. I will return, with pleasure!
