We (my sister and I waited almost 2.5 hours after the check in time. The place was allowing venues to have loud music blaring until almost 3 am. They did not surveille the property to make sure the venues did not disturb the customers. This is a total party hotel with disregard for customers. I will never stay here again and will tell others as well

The front desk staff were "out to lunch" When I arrived I was told my room wasn't ready yet. It shouldn't be longer the 15 minutes. When I came back it still wasn't ready, so I sat right in front of the clerk. 30 minutes later I see people checking in. They forgot I was sitting in front of them waiting for a room! The last time I go to this Dump!!!
