Pool was great. 1 inch under door between rooms made for too much noise. People were fighting in another room down the hall too.

My only complaint was the breakfast arrangement

Pros: price, clean, location
Cons: breakfast
Maybe I missed it when making the reservation but the "breakfast included" was getting a pass for the attached Hooters Restaurant, which had a limited selection that was not bad, but not what I was expecting. Room was very clean, reasonably priced, staff was very polite, and location was an easy step from Rt. 287. I would stay again.

You get what you pay for!

Pros: Staff was good. Mattresses were comfortable.
Cons: Not enough room here for the entire list!
First impression- in the lobby, not bad. Second impression-- in the room, not vacuumed very well, toilet seat falling off, only two facial tissues left in the dispenser. Beds seemed clean and comfortable however. TV reception/picture quality was very disappointing. Third impression---eating in the bar. My wife was cut by a nail in the seat cushion which also ripped her jeans. Forth impression---breakfast in the morning had a decent selection however most hot foods were cold. Ie: French toast and scrambled eggs. The staff was very courteous when needed. Decide for yourself what constitutes a "good" deal.

Very friendly staff

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food in the bar/lounge was really good, too.

One of my worst experiences

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, poor condition
Nobody at desk when I arrived. Furnishings old and in poor shape. Microwave in room missing pieces, On/Off switches on lamps were old and difficult to operate. I was located over the lounge and had to put up with loud music Friday and Saturday nights. Heating unit in room was loud. Overall not a very good place to stay. Internet did not work several days, and when I called for help they wanted to give me an 800 number to troubleshoot.

Major problems

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
We stayed about a week, so I feel we got a good feel for the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. However, there was mold on the tile in the bathroom, one of the days they never even cleaned the room/made the beds, the one time we ordered room service they messed up the order and I waited an hour for the food, the waffles they promote in the room/website were never there-not once. We even got there as they opened up one day. There was no orange juice for breakfast 3 of the days. I asked 2 of the 3 days for it, and only then did they bring it out. (The only other cold beverage was milk.) The garbage can was overflowing in the parking lot. Yes, there were swimming lessons going on in the pool, so we could use half of it. I've never had a worse hotel stay. We didn't complain, but I want to warn others of this hotel!
