Spent one night here to wait out a major blizzard after working my shift at the nearby hospital. Everything was nice, the room was spacious and clean and the service is prompt and friendly. The only frustrating thing is that the restaurant and room service offering food is only open from 8am-8pm, NOT 24 hours like it says so on the website. There are no vending machines offering food, and having arrived here at 9pm after a 12-hour shift I had no options for food. All the restaurants in the area had closed for the inclement weather, and I was forced to survive the night on hot tea and a granola bar.

We were on the street side and the windows gave zero noise dampening from the street. You can tell this is an older hotel that has been updated. In my opinion it’s not worth the cost. The beds are a little old and need to be changed out as well.

Hyatt for Conference.

Pros: Food is fantastic
Location: Location is Great for the Rutgers University visitors. I attended for a Seminar, so I did not leave the property.
The Hotel was very convenient and comfortable for a Conference. The Ballrooms are within 1 minute of your room, and I was on the top floor. The restaurant, gym and pool also very convenient to access.

Great Christmas Getaway

Pros: The Christmas decorations were excellent
Location: We walked to town, saw lots of interesting looking shops, unfortunately almost all were closed for Christmas.
The hotel staff was very polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

A good night's sleep

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We were only at the hotel for one night, but the service was good, the room clean and pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, at a reasonable price. Our room was on the end, next to Rte 18, but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. My husband uses a C-pap machine and we needed an extension cord. An engineer was at our door in about 5 minutes and help to set up the machine. We thought the design of the hotel somewhat strange, and that there were too many new textures and patterns, but this did not affect our comfort or the service.

Wonderful experience

This is a perfect hotel to stay in if you're traveling to New Brunswick. It's only two long blocks from the NJ Transit (train) station and very close (walking distance) to the Rutgers campus. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant's food is very good, and they have a nice pool, hot tub and fitness facility.
