This Inn was charming, quiet, and sparkling clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Overcharged for tiny room. Rooms are dark and old

I am sorry you felt you were overcharged for your room. We have kept our rates the lowest in Sonoma. We do have bigger rooms with patio's however what was booked by travelocity owned by Expedia was a courtyard queen which is our smaller size room. We just got done putting new floors in these rooms so have taken out the carpet and put in wood floors that are easier to clean than carpet. You paid Travelocity for the room and Travelocity pays us after they take their commission. You do have the option to pay at the hotel .If you pay at the hotel on arrival Travelocity will send up a bill at the end of month for the commission due on the room that paid at hotel. Where you take the option to pay at the hotel or pay Travelocity the rate is the same. It is just how Travelocity gets their commission. With 2 reservations arriving at the same time one to pay at hotel and the other prepaid it was difficult to explain. I do always try to take care of guest and give great service. Sorry I didn't deliver.

Small but very cute and affordable hotel in a residential location near downtown. Hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful in planning our stay and surrounding winery visits. Would stay again in a heartbeat, though on a weekday, as the rates almost double during the weekend.

Very Nice Budget Hotel!
