They gave us the key to the room we went upstairs and someone was already checked in to that room. We just walked right in on them. We apologized and went back down to find out the hotel was overbooked even though we had a reservation. It was 12:30 am and I had driven a distance and was exhausted with my kids and had to drive another 2 hrs to find a hotel that allowed dogs and had a room available

First the receptionist was outside smoking every time we needed anything we had to go fetch her in. Second our room was on 4th floor and WiFi did not reach up there. Also the say they have like 30 channels but that must not reach to 4th floor with as we only had 8 channels come in so no WiFi no tv our kids were very very disappointed.. would not recommend for my worse enemy this place just sucked period

Towels were nasty had to go buy my own. Bed wasn’t a Queen size it was a full size bed.

New hotel close to ND

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Maybe a continuous fan to drown out noise.
Location: Many things to do nearby....sports events, shopping, many restaurants.
The hotel staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The biggest problem was the thin walls. I could hear a person snoring in a room nearby.
