Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay. I do apologize for the flooding in your room. I unfortunately was unable to inspect rooms as I was at my Fathers funeral. I will definitely make sure rooms are inspected.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience. I do apologize for my housekeeper not following proper standards. She is deaf and I am sure she was just startled. All of our rooms are inspected so I will address this.
