stayed for 2 nights. area is quiet and safe for family. easy to go to the kitchen area and heat up a meal. breakfast was great!! loved how the room is designed. has its own coffee maker dinner table for 2 and refrigerator. I have 3 kids so it was spacious for them to crawl and play. we are super close to restaurants gas and entertainment. only down part was the rug felt it was a little too dirty for my kids to crawl. i brought my apple tv adapter to watch netflix listen to music (great to adapt to tv) and get off those boring channels. bathroom was clean and even the sheets for the bed. will be definitely coming back soon for another vacation. GREAT PRICES!!!! mademe feel in home. heater and cooler worked great for us. thank you for our stay.

We stayed here before Christmas and the breakfast was great (waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon). We liked it so much that we booked the hotel for a few more trips. This time, the breakfast was in a different location and consisted of instant oatmeal and individually packaged bagels. When we asked the staff, they told us the other breakfast was not ADA compliant and they could no longer serve it. Wish we would have known this before booking, as we would not have stayed here with this being the case.

Incredible cost value hotel in South Tahoe. Clean, well maintained with amenities that set it apart from others in the area. Simple continental breakfast, pool table, sand shuffleboard table, perfect location to walk to Heavenly village / gondola (1 block).

Major plus is that It is walking distance to Stateline heavenly gondola. Clean Bed and bath towels. The property itself is in need of an overall renovation. It has a fair value for the cost.
