Beach decor, private pool & hot tub, wood like tile flooring, and two spiral staircases, is just the right style for your South Padre Island getaway. A tropical yard with plenty of Palm trees. Take a dip in your private Pool & Hot tub w/ waterfall. Heated during cool months & chilled during the hot summer. We do not charge extra for the pool or hot tub to be heated, also a inline back up pool heater in case of main heater failure.
Just 1/2 a block from the beach 3 to 5 min walk.

3 bedrooms + a sleeping loft (with small private half bath), 2 full baths. There is also a 3rd beach & pool bathroom in the garage. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen, 2 Full & 1 twin daybed.

Granite counters in the well stocked kitchen & a quiet dishwasher. The open concept living/dining area has plenty of seating to serve your gourmet meals. The deck is right off the dining area, for easy access.
We include beach towels, beach chairs, beach coolers & a beach wagon.

Updates for 2024:
New small private 1/2 bathroom in open sleeping loft, all beds new mattresses, new caged ceiling fans in master & king bedrooms, new reading chair & table near work area off kitchen, new full length mirrors behind all 3 entry bedroom doors another in open loft on left wall by the bed, sun sail in pool area, inside of garage has a fresh coat of paint.
Updates for 2023:
New sofas, 5 burner stove & air fry option in oven, side by side refrigerator water & ice in door, quiet dishwasher, all TV's are now smart 65inch in living area, 43 inch 3 of the bedrooms. 55 inch smart TV in garage. Curtains through out, room darkening in bedrooms, light filtering in living area, new blinds in living area. A work or conversation area near kitchen, shelves for more kitchen storage space. New head boards & frames in all bedrooms except master, desk & chair in master bedroom. 80% of the art work is new. Exterior all repainted, new deck furniture & gray furniture by pool & EV charger. Inline back up pool heater in case of main pool heater failure.

There are 2 exterior video cameras monitoring the fenced in pool equipment & driveway only & does not have a view of the yard, pool or other areas. Guests are asked to not go into the pool equipment area.

The only time the pool is not heated is on those occasions late fall & winter when temps drop below 55 degrees & it automatically restarts when temps reach 55 degrees.

We no longer rent to Spring Break Groups, or chaperoned high school & college groups.
