This is a great property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the personal touch in making the guest feel individual, from checking in to checking out. The facility was clean, but I think could use a bit of little fixes here and there (paint peeling in some places, some fixtures could use replacing) but these are minor items. Overall the view was magnificent!

The Reefs is definitely the place for true R&R. The resort is gorgeous and quiet. For us, it was nice not having to deal with the "hustle bustle" of too many activities. The location is beautiful and you have easy access to get around to explore the island. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating adding to the personalization of your stay. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful hotel, we had a great room with a view, the beach top notch, and I am a beach person. Staff wonderful and friendkly. Food great!. If there was a negative, I would say the WiFi was not the best, spotty at times

Lovely hotel on beach

Pros: clean, quiet, location is out of the way-
Cons: somewhere to grab a midday snack
Location: set off from everything need to take bus or rent car -
Hotel located on beach - there is alot of stairs to maneuver . But that is common in Bermuda as most hotels sit on cliffs. On site dining is good but nowhere to grab a snack so be sure to buy what you need at grocery in Hamilton as the store up the hill is mostly for beer ect, Would stay here again.
