This great cottage is coming back on the market after purchase by new owners and renovations. It is close to restaurants and marina, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. This newly painted house is a great value for your island vacation. It features 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft with 2 bathrooms. Lovely dining area and comfortable living space.

Walking distance to the public park, playground and beach, you are 2 minutes away from the ocean. The house has what is needed for a great vacation. Hang out, get a tan, kayak, and much more. Exciting excursions like swimming with the pigs, snorkeling shipwrecks, cliff jumping, etc are available in Spanish Wells - just ask the property manager for recommendations.

Great accommodations and location
This location was perfect as it was close to the beach and quick to get everywhere else on the island. The property manager was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly and accurately. The house was perfect for a stay with everything needed available.

Better than expected! Location, location, location!
I had a wonderful time staying at Sweet Ting. Everything was impeccably clean, tidy, and it had everything I needed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to cook during our week-long stay and save money on eating out. The towels were plentiful, fresh and clean. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the linens smelled wonderfully clean. However, it hit the blinds behind it every time I got in or out of the bed, which threw me off a few times, but I got used to it quickly. It was not a negative thing, just unexpected. I really appreciated the consistent beach decor throughout the house, which added to the beach vacation vibe. I also appreciated having an individual AC unit in each room, which was remote-controlled and allowed us to chill only the rooms we needed when we needed them, instead of cooling the entire house. The location was perfect, and it was close to a beautiful beach that you could walk to in 2 minutes. We appreciated the outdoor shower to help us keep sand out of the house. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay and we would absolutely stay again if we get to visit the Spanish Wells once more.

Sweet Ting for the WIN
We had a wonderful stay in Spanish Wells and enjoyed our housing accommodations. The place was clean with plenty of space. It was so kind of the property manager to leave information about local restaurants and they even checked in to let us know about a local farmers market that was happening in the area. We enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided around town too. We definitely want to come back again!

Comfortable cottage on the west end of Spanish Wells. Lots of room to spread out for our family of four. Air conditioning works great (which is important in the middle of summer)! Best part was the property manager -- very attentive and helpful. Great job! Would come back here anytime.
