There will be towels supplied for each guest and more towels located in the hallway linen closet. Also in the linen closet you will find extra sheets if needed. The sheets are made of organically grown cotton, making them extra soft and comfortable. There is an outdoor patio in the back with seating for six so you will be able to enjoy some fresh air and serenity in the outdoors.
One of the many upgrades done to this home is a new natural gas furnace and thermostat for your utmost comfort. There is also a brand new air conditioner for absolute climate control during the summer season.
You will find the kitchen stocked with all the necessities of home for enjoying in-house dining from pots and pans to silverware, glasses, mugs, and stemware. Cheers! There is a dining room table with four chairs. An additional leaf for the table is stored in a bedroom closet. There are also two extra stools available at the bar on the lower level.
On the lower level there is a rec room and a guest bedroom. In the rec room you will find a dry bar, a sofa sleeper, an additional flat screen TV, an air hockey table and a box of toys for children to discover.
If needed, there is a washer and dryer in the basement along with detergent and fabric softener sheets.
This home is within walking distance to bars and restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and a yoga studio. It is also close to beautiful, Manito Park, Rose Hill and the ​Japanese Garden and not far from the Spokane Arena.
