My wife went down to the main desk to ask for extra towels since there were 3 of us in the room. The attendant acted like it was a bother. The 3rd guest, an elderly person in bad health, went down for breakfast and accidently spilled his milk. The attendant actually got ignorant with him. Never again will I get a room at that place, they need to get a different occupation, they suck at the hospitality business.

We stayed her for a Jeep event. We left our jeep doors in our room. We left for our event and when we came back they messed with our doors. Right then and there I no longer wanted to leave anything else in our room when we would leave.

We don’t allow vehicle doors in the room due to the heavyweight and sharp edges of the door damages the carpet. I was informed about this incident by my housekeeper and I’ve personally put towels underneath your doors to protect the carpet from any damages. That’s why doors were touched. Decent hotel

The hotel was decent. I would not mind staying there again. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Biscuits, sausage, eggs, muffins, juice, and cereal. The only real complaint was the staff speaking in a foreign language in front of customers. I just find that sort of rude. But overall I would still stay again. Bed was very comfortable at it was clean.

The only issue we had was there's not much privacy. You can hear people's conversations in the hallway. Everything else was great

Very clean!

We stayed for 4 nights with a group in town for a Jeep weekend at the offroad park. The staff was friendly and hardworking, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Surprising

I was driving on HWY 60 and could not quite make it to Springfield because I was too sleepy. Saw the sign and thought it would be better than driving off the road. Checked in and fell asleep. The beds were pure heaven. The room was spotless. The WI-fi worked terrific. Breakfast was a little light but they directed me to a little hometown cafe on the square. I drive through this area twice a month and usually stay in Springfield but I am going to make this my stop from now on.
