Filthy.
Great front desk staff, but that's basically the only redeeming quality. The room was the dirtiest we've ever seen. Cap'n crunch, bits of plastic, and a toy under one bed, and some kind of lip gloss wrapped in Kleenex along with some wire under another. There was even a half-inflated balloon in the closet and wrappers on the bathroom floor. We asked for a vacuum and the vacuum didn't suck anything up. There was also a floor outlet cover missing, leaving a 3-inch hole under the coffee table. In order to protect our dogs, we were going to leave.
The person at the front-desk did accommodate us to a larger multilevel room, but had me check it for approval. It was better, but I still found sunflower seed husks under the couch upstairs and downstairs. The TV had to be unplugged because it was stuck on upon arrival. Broken thermostat temperature selector. Possible dog poop residue on the kitchen floor and food residue on counter. My partner checked the sheets and said they seemed dirty, and that they were flipped and thought they were reused between washing. The fans in both bathrooms were old and noisy. Finally, when I used the upstairs bathroom, there was a significant amount of urine between the seat and the bowl. This is the first "hotel" stay where I slept in my clothes and didn't shower the following morning. We didn't even ask about breakfast before checking out. It looks like they are trying to update the place- I hope they do- but there is no excuse for a dirty room.
