Eclipse Family Trip
With the combination of beds/bathrooms and space, the house met all our needs for an extended family gathering. The property was the perfect place for viewing the total Eclipse. Close to Yellow Springs, Young's Dairy, hiking, large backyard. With all these options, our group age range of 1-83 found something for everyone.

Estate on 68 was the perfect place for me to gather with my daughters, sisters and former colleagues. We enjoyed Yellow Springs shopping and hiking at Clifton Gorge!

Family gathered here for a funeral. The place was as advertised. Although, we did not get to use the great outdoor area due to the January weather, My family is considering using this estate again in the future.

It was great
The property was perfect for us. Plenty of room, very clean, everything we needed. I would recommend it to everyone. There was a play house, swing set and fire pit. Of course, we 80 year old ladies didn't use those! The host was very accommodating and helpful. We hope to go back.

An awesome get away with friends!
Everything about this property and location was perfect! It was a minutes drive into the heart of yellow springs and the home was incredibly spacious for all and very tidy and clean! We had 11 gals from a book club group and it was perfect! Highly recommend!
