Booked room hours in advance to checking in and still had to wait for a room to be cleaned and ready. The AC did not work! Oh and you were charged extra for a mediocre breakfast. Honestly one of the more expensive but very poor visits I have ever had. Very disappointing and would not recommend

Nice people... decent room

The room was very acceptable. I realize it's a smoking room however I would recommend febreeze to the curtains & couch & carpet to kill that smoke smell. We needed a fan and 1 was brought right up. We would certainly stay at this hotel again for the great rate we got on travelocity.

Great place to stay

Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: The only negative was I had the do not disturb sign on the door but still received a knock by housekeeping wanting to know if I needed more towels.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I would stay again.

Have stayed in better places for less!

Pros: Location, staff was very nice.
Cons: Place needs a make over. stains in the ceiling, outlets that do not work, etc.
Location: Hotel, by the highway, places to eat are close, plenty of choices. Less than 20 minutes from lambert's, that was great.
Nice location, plenty of places to eat close. Only one elevator worked. The climate control in the room was not easily adjustable to get to your comfort level. No frig or microwave. Breakfast was okay, not many choices. no free local calls. Loose toilet. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Ice and vending and ice machine only on 2 out of 6 floors. TV had too few choices.

i was surpised the minute i walked in how nice it was. the room was very well apponted and the room service was outstanding.
